Northern Michigan is one of our favorite places to visit!

When Claudia suggested we head up north to Grayling for her and Rob’s engagement session we jumped at the opportunity!

Rob’s family enjoys a cottage on the Au Sable River, and knew of some pretty good back roads to travel down. We headed out to a beautiful little lake in the middle of nowhere and took some pit stops along the way. (“STOP! I love those logs!”)

We laughed all night with this cowboy boot wearin’, mosquito swattin’, kickin’ up their heels ‘n, dancin’, piggyback ridin’, kissin’ at sunset couple!

Thankful that they trusted us, and let us see the way they love.
