Choosing what to wear for your senior pictures can be a daunting task. You want to look your best, but when you go to your closet, you might just find yourself standing there thinking "I have nothing to wear." Here's the good news: you do have something to wear, and I'm going to help you find your thinking cap. (It's probably under the pile of hoodies in the corner.)
Flaunt your style and personality. You want your senior pictures to be the best reflection of who you are today. The more comfortable you are with what you have on, the more confident you are. Confidence is very photogenic! That doesn't mean you can't kick it up a notch, though, and I will get to that later.
Take a look at these ideas, I'm sure you can find some of these things right in front of you. (Or they might be in the pile of jeans in the other corner.)

Your favorite sweater.
Pair your favorite sweater with jeans, or dress it up with a skirt. Either way, you'll feel nice 'n cozy.
Your favorite jeans.
Jeans are a great option because you can dress them up or wear them casual. Just make sure they are a great fit on you.
Leather.
What could possibly make you feel more cool than a leather jacket?
Your favorite color.
Bring something that is your favorite color, you usually look great in it!
Something fun and flirty.
Go ahead and get a little sassy and have some fun with what you wear.
Don't you love this accessory?
White sundress.
One of my personal favorites is a white sundress. You just can't go wrong, especially if we're heading to the beach.
Cowboy boots.
favorite kicks.
Something glittery, something gritty.
If you're a girly girl, make sure you bring something glittery.
Paired with something gritty is a super cool look.
Flower wreath.
What could make you feel more pretty?
If you don't have one, I can make you one like I did here for Gabby.
Lace dress.
Lace, like anything with texture adds an extra element of interest when deciding what to wear for senior pictures.
Besides, what could be prettier than lace?
Little black dress.
Need I say more?
Something edgy.
I've decided that you're cool just because you're reading this, so I know you have something edgy.
Belts.
This goes in with accessories, but think about how you can wear a belt to cinch your waistline
in. It can make a world of difference.
Something boho.
My very favorite style. It always looks romantic, edgy, and chic all at the same time.
Flowy dress.
FAV...especially when we get a little breezy day to flow through.
Favorite band t.
While we aren't big fans of logos and such on the clothes you bring, your favorite band t is fine by us.
Tall boots.
Tall boots can make any outfit look amazing, you already knew that, though.
Hats/Accessories.
Accessories are KEY. They can make all the difference in what to wear for senior pictures.
Hats, scarves, shoes, jewelry, bow ties, flowers, you name it.
I love accessories.
Vintage dress.
You never know what your Grandma or Mom has hiding in their closets until you ask.
I love ANYTHING vintage.
This might be a great time to grab your bestie and head to the thrift shop.
Rock your heritage.
Your heritage is a big part of who you are. Be proud of it.
Furry hood.
In love with anything soft and furry, especially hoods. They are a great way to frame your eyes.
Kick it up a notch.
Big, pouffy dresses are great to play with, and you're never too old to play dress up.
When deciding what to wear for senior pictures, consider this...your prom dress is incredible. Why only wear it once?
(And are you still even with that guy you got pictures taken with anyway?)
Do it.
Personality.
I love bringing out the true you. There is no better compliment than when I hear people say I have captured their truest self.
If you are a total goofball and want to dance around, we will be right there dancing with you.
If you are shy, that's okay, too. (David was actually VERY shy in high school.)
We pride ourselves in making even the most shy people feel comfortable around the camera. Just know, sometimes it takes a bit of time to get there, that is perfectly normal.
No matter what you decide to wear for your senior pictures, confidence looks best.
